The CPG Shop provides business-planning, calculation, document-review, mapping, and export tools for CPG founders and operators. Results depend on the assumptions, source documents, mappings, and other information you provide. Features may be changed, improved, or discontinued as the service develops.

Calculations, projections, parsing results, benchmarks, suggested mappings, invoices, and other exports are working aids—not guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, dates, quantities, prices, totals, tax treatment, mappings, and destination-system requirements before acting on an output.

The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional when a decision requires it.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

You keep ownership of the business data and files you provide. You give us permission to process them only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you choose to use. You represent that you have the right to provide that content.

Ordinary PO Converter use does not add a source document to the template-training library. If an authorized owner/admin explicitly submits an example through the separate training workflow, that submission may be retained and used to improve reviewed templates.

Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service or another account, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the tools to mislead, defraud, or violate another person's rights. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Authentication, hosting, storage, and any service you later use with an exported file may be governed by separate third-party terms. A Cin7 or QuickBooks export is a file prepared for your review; unless a feature expressly says otherwise, The CPG Shop does not submit it to that service for you.

We work to keep the service useful and reliable, but it is provided on an as-available basis and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, The CPG Shop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
