Your business data should come with a clear explanation.

Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Your email address, display name, sign-in method, and optional marketing preference.
• Your email address and consent choice if you join the separate Opptx updates list without creating an account.
• Brand and account setup data such as company details, addresses, a logo, product and customer catalogs, confirmed mappings, and invoice-numbering settings.
• The assumptions you enter into calculators and planning tools, plus files you choose to export.
• Remittance files you open for review and deduction-category preferences you choose to save with a free account, as explained below.
• Messages and information you send when requesting support.

The Remit Reconciler reads your source file and prepares the check, invoice, and deduction review in your current browser session. Ordinary remittance review does not upload the source file or save a check history to your account. Export a copy before closing or refreshing the page.

If you sign in and choose to remember a category for future checks, we save the recognized distributor/code and your chosen category in your company workspace. That preference can be used on a later upload; it does not save the source file, invoice details, or check amounts. Applying a category to this check only does not save a future-check preference.

The PO Converter is currently coming soon. The following explains its prior document handling.

In the standard free PO Converter, the source document and working review stay in your current browser session. Using the standard converter does not add the document to a global template library.

The separate owner/admin template-training workflow can store an explicitly submitted source document, extracted data, and approved corrections so a reviewed template can be improved. That controlled training workflow is different from ordinary converter use.

Calculator and planning drafts are working browser-session data unless the screen expressly says a value is saved. Moving assumptions from a calculator into a plan can preserve them in that browser session, but it does not create an editable account-backed plan.

Account Setup data is different. Brand details, private assets, catalogs, mappings, and other settings are stored only when you use the save or upload action provided for that feature.

• To authenticate you and provide the tools, setup, exports, and support you request.
• To protect the service, investigate errors, and prevent unauthorized use.
• To maintain and improve product reliability and user experience.
• To send marketing email only when you choose to subscribe.

The Opptx early-access form is optional and separate from account signup and CPG Shop marketing preferences. When an email address is submitted with the form's opt-in choice, we keep that address and the time and source of that consent. After an anti-abuse check, eligible addresses are subscribed immediately; no confirmation email or account is needed. We retain any prior email-verification history separately. Previously unsubscribed addresses are not silently added back.

Use the unsubscribe link in an Opptx update without signing in. Links in previously sent confirmation emails also continue to work. Opting out stops future Opptx updates; we keep a suppression record so the same address is not silently added back. You can also contact us about your information using the address below.

We use managed providers for identity, hosting, database, and private file storage. They process information on our behalf to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or when you direct us to create an export or use a connected feature.

A downloadable Cin7 or QuickBooks file is an export for your review; creating that file does not by itself send it to either service.

We keep account-backed information while it is needed to provide your account and for legitimate security, legal, and operational purposes. Browser-session work follows the life of that browser session rather than becoming a saved account draft. Deletion requests may be subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup-retention obligations.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@thecpgshop.com using your account email or the address submitted for Opptx updates. We verify requests before changing records. An Opptx opt-out may retain a limited suppression record so the address is not silently added back. See Support for the information to include.
