The free retail pricing tool
Build an SRP that can survive the real retail waterfall, or test the shelf price you already have.
Choose the basis in your distributor agreement. Switching keeps your entered percentage and recalculates the price. Channel benchmarks apply markup, not margin.
Enter each deduction as a percent of brand gross sales.
Keep commission at 0 when no broker is involved.
Add any product-related cost that is missing above. It will be shown separately and included in Total COGS.
Free DTC unit economics
See what one order earns after fulfillment and acquisition costs. Model repeat purchases separately in the free-account cohort P&L.
Benchmarks fill processing, refund/reship, and a 30% repeat rate for the break-even check. An enabled first-order discount is also filled. Your price, order size, costs, shipping, and CAC stay under your control.
Refund / reship reserve = entered % × (collected revenue + COGS + outbound shipping + handling). This combined reserve budgets both lost revenue and replacement costs; it is not simply a refund % of sales.
Enter your known or estimated cost to acquire one new customer—not your monthly marketing budget. Include ads and other acquisition costs in this one amount. We deduct it once from the first order. Leaving $0.00 assumes acquisition is free.
Want to plan monthly acquisition spending and customer growth? Continue in the DTC Cohort P&L with a free account.
Add any product-related cost that is missing above. It will be shown separately and included in Total COGS.
Add your price and units per order to begin. First-order break-even CAC is the most you can spend on acquisition without a first-order contribution loss.
Add your price, order size, and acquisition assumptions to run this check.
Assumes the same basket and delivery costs on repeats, without the first-order discount or another CAC charge. It does not predict whether buyers will return often enough. Other overhead, financing costs, and taxes are excluded.
